2. Sound’s good! How, when and where will this journal be released?
AHR Speaks:
Arty Hearty World is a digital first art journal, so it will be released digitally (as a PDF file) across all the digital platforms of Arty Hearty Retreats on January 1, 2026.
A digital copy of Arty Hearty World shall be mailed and sent by whatsapp to all the participants.
Additionally, all the participants will also be given a digital certificate (e-certificate). It will be sent to your registered email ID and registered Whatapp no.
3. If it is digital why are you charging Rs 99/-?
AHR Speaks:
While AHR is committed towards promoting creators and creativity. Your small contribution is channelised towards a larger mission of welfare and upliftment activities for the artists of India.
4. What happens after I make a submission through Google form?
AHR Speaks:
- Once we receive your submission through Google form, we shall immediately send you a confirmation mail of receiving your submission of payment and article/artwork/pic
- Your submission will be sent to our team of experts for their perusal and approval for publishing.
- You shall receive a confirmation mail of your submission being selected by Dec 22, 2025.
- Arty Hearty World will be published and released digitally on January 1, 2026 and a copy of the same shall be sent to you on the registered email ID and whatsapp phone number.
5. I want a printed copy also. Do you have any provision for that?
AHR Speaks:
Yes, however, it shall be charged at Rs 100/- per copy (courier plus printing charges). If you need a printed version you can write to us and we shall be happy to courier a copy to your registered address provided at the time of submitting your entry.
6. Which file formats are acceptable for submission?
AHR Speaks:
- PDF or Word Doc only for articles/text
- JPEG/PNG only for pics
- JPEG/PNG only for pics of artworks
7. I submitted my entry and have made the payment also, but I don’t see it being published. Why and what happens to my payment?
AHR Speaks:
- Please note that the amount of Rs 99/- is non refundable.
- All the entries are perused and approved by a panel of artists and experts. In case your entry doesn’t make it to the final list you shall be informed about the same by email and whatsapp latest by Dec 22, 2025. We shall definitely provide you a review of your entry and share tips on improvement for future.
8. Can I see your first edition?
AHR Speaks:
Oh yes, sure. It was called as newsletter, but during the course of creation it got evolved into an art journal. Hence, the second edition of Arty Hearty World is called as art journal. You can see the first edition here https://hopesociety.in/art-journals/
